A. Redeeming a License

To redeem a license code:

1. Log in to your account at https://esomakids.com/start/
   If you don’t have an account yet, click “Create Account” and follow the steps.
2. Once logged in, go to your Dashboard.
   • Click “Click to Pay” under your child’s name and avatar, or
   • Click on “Licenses” in the menu.
3. Either option will take you to the Licenses page: https://esomakids.com/user/licenses/
4. At the top of the Licenses page, find the section labeled:
   “Have a License, Discount, or Referral Code?”
   • Enter your License Code in the box provided.
   • Each code is unique and will automatically apply the correct subscription package.
5. Once the code is validated, a blank license will be created and attached to your parent account.
   Important: This license is not yet active, and the subscription countdown has not started. Activation only begins when it is assigned to a child account.

B. Activating the License

To activate the redeemed license:

1. Return to your Dashboard by clicking “Dashboard” in the menu.
2. If a child account already exists, you’ll see an “Assign License” button under the child’s name and avatar.
   • Click “Assign License”.
   • A small window (modal) will appear showing the license package.
   • Click “Assign License” again to complete the activation.
3. If you don’t have a child account yet, click the “Add a Child”
   • You’ll go through a quick 3-step setup process.
   • At the end, you’ll be able to select and assign the license to your new child account.
4. Once a license is assigned to a child, the subscription countdown begins.
